Donald Trump’s Legacy

Most campaigns are a referendum on the party in power. This is especially true when an incumbent President runs for re election. It’s a time for Presidents to run on what they’ve accomplished. In 2012, President Obama ran on what even his opponents would concede was a strong political record. In his first 4 years in office Obama had prevented a second Great Depression.
