How Biden Broke Criminal Justice: 2000 -2020

Biden’s role in passing criminal justice bills was different in the early 2000’s. The drug war, and having a tough stance on crime weren’t really an issue. An era where terror would be all important starting in September 2001 by the 9/11 attacks and continued by the Anthrax attacks and DC Snipers.

Biden wasn’t the architect of these bills, but voted for them.
