How the GOP steals elections

After a party loses an election there is usually at least an attempt on introspection and analysis. What went wrong? How can it be fixed? How did our opponents win? How can we beat their message? For the entirety of American politics, this is how the game was played. Republicans did it in 2012 and released the results publicly, while Democrats did the same and never released the results to the general public.
