It’s March 1st. After sweeping the first three nominating contests, Bernie Sanders got his first second place showing in South Carolina. Joe Biden won the state by a comfortable margin-about the same margin as Bernie won Nevada. Despite finishing 4th, 5th, 2nd and 1st to Sanders finishes of 1st, 1st, 1st and 2nd-the media has announced the death of the Sanders campaign. Barack Obama has been making calls behind the scenes.
