What’s Warren’s Endgame?

Elizabeth Warren’s campaign was the one to beat in Summer 2019. She was riding a wave of good press, seeing Biden tank in the polls, and Bernie had stalled out completely-soon to have a heart attack.

Warren and Sanders had been longtime friends and appeared to have a non aggression pact in the campaign. Sanders was probably annoyed that she didn’t endorse him 2016, and both were likely annoyed the other was running in 2020-but the two didn’t go negative.
